The case 68-year-old who was admitted to hospital AIDS complicated by septic shock presented. patient received an provide nutrition, which subsequently found clogged. An X-ray pharynx revealed knot at distal end knotted removed fiberoptic bronchoscope through nostril. rare complication. Clinicians should aware alternative methods removing tubes, use bronchoscope.
